Look Out Tennessee, There’s a New Girl in Town
Like many talented Texans before us, we’re going to Nashville in search of bright lights and fame.
That’s right, Tennessee is now Rebecca Creek country. We’ve teamed up with Athens Distributing to make the state the 11th to carry our lineup of fine whiskies and vodkas.
So what makes The Volunteer State so appealing to us? Well, besides a long history of great barbecue and country music — two things that pair great with a good glass of whiskey — we have to admit that we wanted to go see about a man named Jack.
“Rebecca is the only whiskey with a woman’s name, and we liked the idea of playing up a blossoming romance between Jack and Rebecca,” says our VP of marketing, Matt Appleby.
It’s a love ballad that practically writes itself: “The Whiskey Hearts of Rebecca and Jack” is a sure-fire chart topper, ready for a performance at the Opry.
We know that Tennessee has a proud tradition of distilling whiskey, but our Rebecca Creek and Texas Ranger brands can hold their own with the boys club over there. And if we have to get a little sweet with ’em, nothing says Southern hospitality like our Enchanted Rock Peach Vodka.
So don’t worry — we have no plans to let this foray into new territory change our Hill Country way of life. The Smokies are fine, but they’re no Enchanted Rock.
If you find yourself in Nashville, Memphis, or elsewhere in Tennessee, be sure to stop for a sip of Rebecca Creek. You can find us in Kansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Georgia, Missouri, Florida, and South Carolina too.
Now, where should we go next?
