Come Visit the Distillery
We invite you to come tour our distillery and see where our fine Texas spirits are produced and bottled in the Texas Hill Country.
Learn about our distillation process and see the 1000-gallon, custom-built, German-manufactured Christian Carl copper pot still we use to make our spirits. Our head distiller fondly refers to it as “the Bentley of stills.” Each tour comes with sampling in our tasting room and plenty of time to grab goodies from the gift shop. You can visit the distillery on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Basic tours are available for groups of 9 or less for free. Private tours are available for groups of 10 or more. After the tour, you can order and try refreshing cocktails made with our Rebecca Creek Whiskey®, Texas Ranger Whiskey™ or Enchanted Rock Vodkas.

Come and Meet Carl
Our Private Tours are offered every Monday-Friday morning from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM, every Monday-Thursday afternoon from 1:00-4:00 PM and on Saturdays at (11:30 AM) and at (12:30, 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30 PM). Our private tours require a minimum of 10 people and cannot exceed 40 people per tour. On Saturdays, the tasting room portion of the private tours will possibly overlap with others who are taking a mixed group tour. This is because our guests like to hang out at the distillery long beyond their tour times. The tour with the tasting room experience usually last about an hour.Book a Tour
